Default S100 engine brightner alternative

Is there any good alternative to the S100 engine brightner.

HD has it's own product. Does the same thing.

I thought it works pretty good .... it only takes a little ... a little goes a long way. Haven't ran across an alternative yet.

S100 engine brite is a great product not to be confused with the total cycle cleaner.
Another product to use on the engine is PIG SPIT it is lower cost and works just as well.

Thanks for the replys I ll have to find me some pig spit next time. I just ordered some S100 engine brit from auto geek they had a 20% off no shipping sale. Also picked up some klasse cleaner polish and glaze to try. That will keep me busy for a while.

the HD stuff probably IS either pig spit or S100 anyway

SImple: 3 basic products out there.
HD brand
S100 engine brite
Pig Spit
All work well on engine and powder coated parts. When used correctly.
HD stuff about 14 bucks a can 11 OZ.
Pig Spit around 9 bucks a can 9 OZ
S100 7.50 to 9.00 a can 4.5 OZ
Do the math, price may very in your area.
