Default Anybody have a Rollastand?

Anybody have one of these Rollastands? http://www.jpcycles.com/productgroup...ore=All&page=1

Seems like it would really help me clean the white walls and rims on my RKC as long as it is stable enough. Any thoughts or experiences.

I don't understand how it works. It's not as high as a jack, so you still have to bend over or sit on the ground or stool, etc. If both side turn, so you can spin your wheel around, how do you ever get out of it? If only one side rolls, what's the use?
It looks intriguing, I just couldn't find enough detail to understand it. Art

I actually have this Motorcycle stand which costs less than the tire chock and really comes in handy for cleaning and general maintenance. I recommend that ALL cycle owners have one of these and for $50 how can you say no. I see the same lifts selling for $399 elsewhere which is funny! I put my 02 Indian AND my big *** 05 Road Glide on the stand and it handles both with zero problem. It is VERY nice to clean the bike from a sitting position as opposed to bent over to get at the wheels and tires. Hope this info helps! Oh btw these are available in the Pep Boys stores as well as online!

RGB, I've seen those but never at such a low price. Thanks for the info. Just a little leery of picking my bike up that high. I would really only need it to clean tires and wheels.

Thanks for the video. It looks a lot easier than my Craftsman jack. I agree with you re: height. I never put mine on the jack without the tie straps. Art

I purchased one from Dennis Kirk. First time I tried to use it the small friction pads on the bottom came right off. The roll a stand squirted away about 5 feet and that created a nasty imbalance for me and almost dropped the bike. My back still hurts from that one. This item is on my NOT list. The big Harley book has a item like that with a ramp effect to ease the bike onto it.
