How to Fix Blemishes on Fender from Seat?
I've got a LePera Daytona 2-up that I use when the wife rides with me...left it on for about the last month or so, and really noticed the marks it's left tonight when I washed the bike. There is nothing wrong with the seat itself...no signs of wear or anything. And LePera seats have a fabric on the bottom that I wouldn't think would wear on a fender.
But anyway, I've got some really noticeable marring of the finish, especially under the fluorescent lights of the garage. On either side of the fender I've got one noticeable spot that's a little smaller than the fingernail on your pinky finger, and then some noticeable cloudy spotting (kinda like a big cluster of it) between these two marks. All of this is right towards the rear end of where the seat sits. The two small scuff marks are rough to the touch, but the cloudy spotting is smooth.
Now, I know a fender bib or something similar will prevent this in the future, but how to fix it now?
