Default Restoring chrome

Any suggestion on how or if I should even attempt to restore this. I picked up a used Escapade trailer and it need TLC.

But new wheels ( or paint 'em silver? )... Chrome business ain't what it used to be ... EPA !!

Yeah. I was just meaning with elbow grease method. not Chemical way.

Wire wheel, then POR-15, then paint, but for the effort, it would be cheaper to just replace them

Those rims and tires look expired.
Consider review of etrailer website.
They have tires already mounted to rims.
Also review bearings.

The bearings are going to be repacked at the minimum. I’m gonna address the chrome after … the paint needs some love , I may paint it black to match my trike

Wheels look more rust than chrome Not worth it.

I’m gonna try to wire wheel it and get them as smooth as possible the rattle can them . I bought some rust dissolving gel today as well.
