Drying bike off in time?

Drying bike off in time?
This is going to sound dumb,
I normally use a blow gun to dry my bike off. But in this hotter weather, I’ve been having an issue of the sun drying the bike out quick and leaving the bike looking worse than before the wash
I Have used microfiber cloths, but a towel gets soaking wet by the time I’ve dried one body part. Takes 7-8 to dry the bike and that’s if the sun doesn’t get to it first
last time, I got the bike halfway washed before I realized the first parts I was washing had already baked into the bike, looking bad.
only thing I can think is the waterless wash. Kind of concerned that if there’s dirt on my bike I’ll just be moving it around and scratching it though
(There is no shade by the water hose)
any tips?

Wash in the shade or wait until later in the day when the sun is setting.
Easy peezy.

Yes looking forward to that. Finally got a whole house water system so I'm sure detailing will be much easy. But we're pushing 110° here so will hafta be an early morning wash. City water is ridiculously hard here from traveling many miles through canals.
