Default Denim paint and F11 top coat

Hey all, I have a Blackline with denim paint and was thinking about giving F11 top coat a shot. I wanted to know what everyone thought of it that has used it. How did it work on the paint and did it really do a good job on the engine and all of Its components? I would really like to be able to get this thing clean looking without having to pay someone to detail it lol. And it is relatively clean as is, but I want it to just look a little bit better. If not F11, any suggestions on what I can use for matte paint and the engine and all of its crinkle coat paint?

Dr Beasleys make matte paint products that work good and are easy to use. For the engine, Pig spit and the harley product work well.

Not going to comment on F11, just in case you already bought it

Nope, I have not bought yet. That stuff was expensive ha ha. I’ll check out the dr Beasley. As for the pig spit, I was just nervous that it would get on the paint and I’d have a shiny spot I couldn’t get rid of.

Put a towel on the tank if it concerns you, no big deal.
There are a couple other companies that offer matte coatings. Depends on how much you want to spend

My 2 cents, let me start by saying I acquired a bottle for free (father inlaw was cleaning out his shed) so anyway My bike is a mix of gloss and satin so I can't speak for the denim finish, however, on the bottle it states to apply on denim spray on micro fiber cloth and apply then buff which is how I applied it, and I was impressed left everything slick and shiny even the satin, reading between the lines of some of the other comments I get the feeling some don't care for the product, I can't really compare it to any of the new fangled coatings out there, other than Lemon Pleadge, and to be totally honest I would probably never have purchased the stuff because I couldn't justify the price, but being that it was free, I said what the hey, give it a try and I'll say it again, I am impressed, and I am sure that will offer up longer protection than LP.

and, I will add that when applied to my windshield seemed to bring a new level of clarity (Glass like) and, the "after ride wipe down" was easier, bugs just slid right off and, the more I apply the shinny/slicker the paint is getting, there is a 24 hour cure time and, I will say this again I would probably never purchase said product because of the price, I just can't justify it and, it says it will work on leather so I put some on my shoes, ehh .

save yourself some money and time in the long run and get Dr Beasleys kit for denim paint. Doesnt get much easier then that and will last 50x longer then the other stuff. Plus it will stay cleaner longer
