Default Correcting the tour pack

Aftermarket (Advanblack) tour pack. Lots of RIDS and getting a little dull. I ride a lot so it gets beat up in the elements.
Washed, clayed and dried first.
Got some CG polishes in the mail as well as a CCS 3" pad kit on my PC 7424XP and Pinnacle Souveran wax.

Taped off...look at this mess!

Tape removed. One pass with heavy cut:

After two passes and a coat of Souveran. Clarity and depth restored:

Wow that’s a huge difference. What do you use for lube for the clay? Is soapy water enough?

Good deal. I have their chopped tour pack also. The clear is super soft and mars very easily.

Ive had those CCS pads, I hope you like them more than I did. Couple months ago I started using the small Rupes pads. They work extremely well

I usually use some quick detail or soapy water.

I like CCS pads, they've served me well. I'll have to look into the Rupes pads though, thanks!

I got a bunch of these and a bunch of the heavier cut ones. The cutting pad with Scholls Concept Black does a real nice job on tight spots on a vehicle

Looks great man. Whatever you're doing/using is working great, I see no reason to change it up.

Vivid Black is such a bitch to work on. Breathe on it wrong and it's marred up.
