so... my brother and i saw this you tube vid of this guy puttin on a tire with a trash bag!!!! a trash bag! so figured lets give it a go... man we laughed so hard... took him about 3 min to do it on the video... and us about 35 min with the 2 of us and tire irons... was very funny! i think in the future ill just bring them in the shop and use the machine
these tires are BOSS! look insane just the look he wanted. snapped some pics
tire on
took a bit more than just a trash bag
we then took a profile of the bike to get an idea of what to do on the seat... here is the stock seat... we will prob do something custom of course
no seat

little update...
we got a roller!!!
motor cleaned ready for primer
stuck this in the oven at 150* for about and hour and 1/2
low gloss black
will pull strip and blast the cases, coat them in low gloss black and caution yellow... then a night of re assembly and wiring and this sucker is done! (well all but the seat) we are prob just going to have a professional do that. My brohter and i have like $100 total into this bike and that is just mainly in tires and tubes... so dropping some cash on a seat is not to bad

alright! the end is in sight!
Got a call the seat is done... sucks they did it without calling or letting us know a price or asking how we want it finished... so that is prob up in the air!
but got the rest of the powder work done, motor in the frame and basicly assembled
motor done
motor in
beer bottle opener check
exhaust wrapped and on
