How do you begin building a chopper (motorcycle)?

the easiest way to build a chopper is buy a evo or before complete bike or a wreck to start, with a clean title..if you build it from scratch there are a lot of little expensive parts to find,and for a beginer that would be really hard/expensive/you probably wont even finish.and red tape to title it.from a complete bike start changing the parts you want..frame- hard tail, stretched, raked, modifications?? then you will need what ever kind/length of forks you want..from there you will have most of the chopper you want,just add the finishing touches- seat, chrome, bars, controls, maybe wheels..when your bike is done you will probably have a pile of unused parts,keep for future builds(your hooked by now) or sell them to recoup some costs
