Default How do I change the speedo lighting on speedo?

I don't care what the cost is or anything. I want it to be Green L.E.D.'s inside the speedometer. What do I need to do?

I am adding this to my bike and I want the lights in the background to be Green so that it matches. I'm also going to get Green L.E.D. accent lighting for my bike.

Thank man... I don't want to change my speedometer though. Is there a way just to change the bulbs inside? Has anyone ever done this manually instead of buying a whole nother unit?

On the link he gave, you send them your speedo and they change the lights for you.

AWESOME!!! You are great. I just emailed the guy. Thank you!

I knew the Harley crowd had the knowledge of this kind of stuff. You guys always tweak with your bikes. I'm almost done with my bike... just a few more finishing touches. Thanks bro!

Keep the rubber side down!

All I have to do is lower the rear 2-3 inches, get a low profile 240 tire kit on it and a new headlight bucket.

Thanks 07bobber.... yeah...its' the stock rim. The rear stock rim is a solid 180/70-15 rim that looks ugly and doesnt match.... so I'm going to get a matching rear 240mm rim and low profile tire for it. The rear rim will have the same design as the front.

Right now I have a 230/60-15 AVON tire on my stock rim to make it look better in the mean time.

The aftermarket 240mm rear for my bike looks like this:
