well i got home from work last night and there as no RAIN!!! so even though the bike is not tuned in all the way i had to get her on the road... took a rip down to the bank (16 miles) she ran good...boggs down a bit when i nail it... but if i roll on her at a decent rate she will rip, wound her up to 85 for a good few miles... smoooooth the blended fork oil is ACES! i love it, so smooth not too stiff not too soft!

on the way home she did not run so hot... i think from running so fat the plugs are hurting a bit, i really need to jet it but got her to finally rip. I shaved down my shifter last night so that it no longer touches the oil lines, shortened the shift linkage and re threaded it, tightened up a ton of bolts, made a plate mount (temp for now), my low beam was not working cause it was burnt out, so i got a cool blue replacement from the auto store, i have to say... looks awesome.
only had my cell at the bank but here are a few pics. when i can get out this weekend in the SUN i will take some good pics with the HD digital

shot of my running lights

not really feeling the ace london decal on the tank

I know it's a lot of work, but polished knee dents/cutouts would be sweet.

Edit: Or maybe you could get a similar effect with some sort of pad, decal, or paint.

well.. i took some pictures today, raced home from the office, pulled out the bike, fired it up... talked to like 1000 dads trick or treating with their kids... i get on it and the bike dies... so i do the KISS method... first check gas... bone dry! glad i used clear fuel lines, put some gas in her and she fired right up!
hopped on her and ran to the closest parking lot, the local HS

i suck at the photo thing, but here they are

you can see the air scoop in this one... that is why the tank is not perfecly flat, i want to funnel as much air in there as possible

polished parts black powder brass v stacks! just looks awesome!

my 2 personal fav
