ha ha ha we will see i am going to drop it down first... if anyhting i will polish them out and then clear them... first i want to ride it!
bike looks completely diff on the ground next to how it sits on a lift...i am going to take it down tomorrow for a frew pics

ok... well i set up shop outside cause it was 50 degrees... i got the seat sanded down and primed.... still needs to be sanded again and glazed, primed and painted but it was a great start! also finished both sides of the linkage... just need to powder the brake side
(sorry about the crap pics all i have is my cell, girl has the camera in TN this weekend)

just a small sheet of foam... thats all... either that or i may make something to hold it that is diff but just a bit of foam, it is not supposed to be comfortable... it is a cafe, this bike is going to rip RIP turns... i got heavy weight oil in the forks (complete rebuild with seals) fork brace, 2 brand new Cheng Shin Tires, new bearings, new pads in front on complete rebuilt caliper and master cylinder with dot 5 fluid, new rear drum pads, and sport performance rear shocks.... this little sucker is going to RIP in the turns! air scoop and oil cooler to keep that motor cool as i am rocking in high RPM's ooh ya buddy! i can not wait!

Hey JK.......how do like those Cheng Shin tires? I've been checking them out lately.I've always loved the Avon Speedmasters but these look pretty cool,and cheaper.I haven't really heard much about them.I know they are S rated(112mph)

dont know yet man... excited to try them that is for sure! but i dont know how they are on the road just yet.... hope i can answer that by next week for you!

Yeah definately a minimum layer of foam padding is they way to go from the cafes I've seen. Sounds good. Get that thing off the lift and rippin!

tonight i got my one of my MAIN worrys out of the way! I got the oil cooler and adapter all finished up! I shaved the side case even more to allow me to remove that without having to undo the oil lines... i used a bit of permatex on the adapter to help give me a good solid seal... came out GREAT! i was running out of stuff to do so i shaved the side cover so the oil lines can get though and then cut out the holes where the screens i am making in the near future will go. Even tossed on the red lenses for the tail/ brake lights (that will stay white)

all done and the linkage back on

ok... I NEED BODY WORK HELP!
man! for the life of me i can not get this sucker STRAIT and true... i have all these creators in the seat... i primerd it to see them a bit better... any tips or just sand sand sand! i dont want my set to look like a 14 year old kids face.... i want it SMOOOOOOOTH... should i be bondo'n more.... should i be glazing it? i am lost
here is what i mean:

use primer filler, then sand, then more primer filler, then more sanding repeat until smooth

the seat area I would not worry about thats going to be covered with foam and vinyl right? just do the rear hump
