slacking off at the office a bit today... playing with paint and some muffler ideas for the exhaust... i like the top best so far...

although the fish tails may still give it a nice vintage look

Sorry, the fishtails don't work at all.

The top might work alright.

ya... they suck... i just got to figure something out diffrent, CHEAP, and i can use my stock HD mufflers... i found a set of older sporty stock mufflers off a custom i think. they are a bit smaller and have brackets that work out perfect.... i am going to use the stock headers (kind of have to they are oval ports) run that down. then i have to figure out a way to get around the rear sets i am making for it... ill post some pics of the rear sets, headers, and mufflers tomorrow... I am all for ideas. local muffler shop will hook me up wiht bent pipe and welds.... what i was thinking is running some of the flexable style pipe tubing (like the old school FLH used to have) bend that into the middle up though the frame and out, under the seat bu along the side, then come out with them from behind the back of the bike in front of the rear wheel on a bit of an angle?

I'd just stick som baffles in the end of the header and call it good or maybe a supertrap.

If you're still looking for exhaust ideas, how about having having them go down the front, tuck in between the bottom frame rails, and kick out in front of the rear tire. Kind of like a Buell Blast only alot better looking. With this you could do 2-into-1 with equal length primaries if you're looking for performance.
