Default New custom bike with unknown Ultima engine

Hello, it's my first time here and my first V-2-cylinder adventure.. until now I used to ride only Japanese/Italian/German bikes.
So I recently got an unknown "spcn" with a "softail-style" frame and a massive polished Ultima engine. Everything looks new, almost unused, but I know nothing about this engine or bike (no title, only bill of sale).
I tried contacting Ultima, but they do not speak to the public. Their website refers to "Midwest Motorcycle Supply", so I tried to find a Midwest location or dealership in Southern CA (specifically near zip code 92614) but I couldn't... so I called a Harley dealership but the service department guy said that the only Ultima he knows was the Nissan Ultima... he had no idea what Ultima aftermarket engines are.
The engine number is EG05J9302, I have many questions... what size is it? specifications? what type of oil should I use? and spark plugs? what should I check before starting it? it has a Dyna 2000i ignition module that can be programmed - by whom?.. and more questions..
If anyone could help me here, I would appreciate it a lot!

Welcome to the Forum.
Here is a link to an owner's manual that will help you decide which oil to use. It also has ignition info as well.

Could there possibly a letter designator at the end of the engine code you listed?
What I found is that the engine was built in 2005.
I'm not a custom build guy just saw your post and did some digging on Google.
Good luck with the bike and post up some pics.

Here's another link:

It appears your engine is from 114"-131 depending on the letter suffix.

Thank you, QC, this is very helpful.
You can see the engine number in the photo here, it is EG05J9302, no more letters.

OK, here are some more photos, not sure how to resize them to a smaller size.
So based on the engine number we can not say if it's a 114, 127, or 131"?

Not according to what I found.
Good luck with it and keep us informed on what you find.

You may want to work on getting a title before you do much with it. Good luck with it

Welcome to the site. Nice bike! I have to ask though, did you get a crazy deal or something? Enough to have no paperwork or not know a dam thing about it?

Exactly right, crazy deal enough to have no paperwork. It looks like someone spent a fortune of this bike, and never used it, It was standing 10 years. I'm working on paperwork and will get it done, not a big problem. I wish I could find whoever built it, but I have no idea where to start looking.

No idea who built it.. The front end looks like a demon cycle front end.. With a little bit of research, I went into Midwest motorcycle supply's website and clicked on "engine parts big book" and the EG motor is listed there.. What you can do is unscrew the timing plug on the side of the motor case and see if you can find a part number on the wheels.. You'll be looking for either 98-555 or 98-556 The first one is 120-in 4.25 stroke and the second one is 127-in 4.5" stroke motor.. The engine is an EG Ultima motor either a 120" or a 127"er.
