it looks like your motor is an "El Bruto"
The engines are Animals.. i have a 120" el bruto fully polished on one of my bikes.
out of the crate with ebay pipes it was dynoing 116hp.
For the $$ there is nothing better.
i love my 03' Fatboy 88" but its night & day in regards to power!
Call Jirah Cycles, the sell Ultima products & the tech guys cal give you some info!
Also it looks like a bike that Demon Cycles out of Florida would buid or sell as a total kit.
Id hit them up too!
Take that primary cover off its broken & looks like hell & get rid of that seat!! For starters.

why you thin that primary cover is broken? Are you sure, can you show me? Because it looks fine to me or am I missing something ?

 

The primary cover / pulley cover should also cover the front pulley, but i can see its broken in the middle before it gets there.
i can also see theres a big space under your seat.
It should lie flat & follow the lines of the bike. I'll see if I can find a picture & attach it of the pulley cover.

 

I see what you're saying.. I think it's not broken but that's the design... can be dangerous if you have loose pants. And I see about the seat, it will be nice to receive photos of a better setup - thanks!
