Default Belt Guard Decal 14045-83

This Decal is now available. Contact https://discontinueddecals.com/. Great job by Discontinued Decals in Boca Raton, FL in recreating this decal from My belt Guard. It really looks just like the original, size colors and all.

83 FXWG up date, After only 423 miles i had to pull the heads because the shop that built the motor did NOT use loctite on the rocker box nuts ! & they came lose & i was able to turn many of them loose with just my fingers !! now my rear exhaust has burnt oil stains on it ! **** ! ill have to have the exhaust redone this winter, also ill be putting on a heal-toe shifter pegs other than that i am pretty happy with the build, so far i like the mini apes, i was not sure if i was going to like them or not, but they're all right. . .now just break in the motor & first oil change

Hello forum members
i would like to take a moment to Thank Mark Perry of " Marks-Carbs " in Phoenix AZ, for his help in sorting out some problems i was having with my Keihin carb on my newly finished rebuild of my 1983 FXWG, i had the carb rebuilt by a company here in Germany & after receiving it back i could not get my bike to run right, she had problems idling with out constantly using the accelerator pump & her mid range she kept " hesitating " i contacted Mark through his ebay store & he was more than willing to give me a few simple suggestions to get her running right !!! THANKS Mark ,because of your help i am able to keep the original carb & air cleaner & choke set up !!!

Thanks go out to Mark Perry of "Marks-Carbs" in Phoenix AZ,
