Well some of yoyu won't like this but a very good and CHEAP TLS front drum can be found on Honda's.
I had an 82 CM450 with that brake and it was a great brake. I could lock the front, it was almost impossible to overheat, phenominal for a drum. Best part is they are plentiful and cheap.
Now the TLS on my Norton is another story.....
