Default Aermacchi

I think this definitely qualifies as an 'other'. It's a resto project that sits in a local bike shop in memory of a local racer. I thought you guys and gals would enjoy a peek.

My first Harley was that Aermacchi M50. It was the "step thru" frame design.

It was a 3 speed that you pulled the clutch lever in and shifted by rotating the assembly on the handlebar.

I was 14 when I got it, that was 45 years ago, LOL. What a ball I had with that bike.

1969 Sprint 350. Only mods are K&N pod filter, Single Stainless header with a Dyna muffler & 12v conversion. Have all of the original parts. A total gas to ride. Nice and light, takes corners like a champ, with a cammy motor that likes to rev. I live near the Villages Florida and there are lots of roundabouts that are a blast on this. Starts in 1 or 2 kicks.

Default 1973 ss350.

Needs mufflers. Immediately fouls new plug after one run.

One of my next projects. Almost all original, sat for 10 years, motor needs to be freed. Not going to restore it, just clean up and ride.

Almost bought a 350 Spring back in the late 70's, but my brother in law talked me out of it.
