Default What is this? No vin anywhere.

Can anyone give me any info on this bike?

It's an Iron Head Sportster. I think HD switched the brake to the right side in 75 or 76, so that's a start.

1974, 75 76 xlh
It has the 1976 safety rims
The Vin is right up on the neck dwn tube under a 1/4 inch of dirt
