Default Pingel petcock output slight smaller than S&S carb inlet...problem?

I have a pretty built motor about ready to fire up. About to run the fuel line, but I noticed the inlet to the S&S 'G' is 5/16", while the outlet from the fuel tank shutoff is closer to 1/4". Think I'll have any fuel delivery issues from the smaller tank outlet? I doubt it would be an issue other than on a full throttle blast where I might then have the potential of draining the fuel bowl... but I'd rather that not happen.... at the same time, I just bought the shutoff...don't really want to replace it already unless I need too. hasn't even had fuel through it yet!

Motor specs:

110" (plus .010 over) stroker
S&S 625G ez start cams
Ported CVO heads
S&S G carb and intake

etc

If the fuel outlet is too small, the fuel line won't fit tight enough. Pingels flow very well, and will supply more fuel, than what the motor could pull through the main jet. If it is too small, order one in 5/16.
