Injectors not cycling?

Injectors not cycling?
Hey guys my wifes bike got laid over the other day in the rain not too bad of damage but it wont start now.
First I turned on the key and there was no lights on the spedometer
So I checked the fuses found 3 blown fuses.
Now everything lights up the bike now cranks alarm works everything except...
When you turn the key and normally hear what I believe is the fuel pump making the errrrrreeeyyyy noise before the injectors cycle and the check engine light goes just before you fire it... Well it doesnt do that anymore!
The check engine comes on and goes off like they did cycle but it doesnt make the noise.
Theres two black relays I believe maybe just bigger fuses on the fuse pannel that I cant figure out what they are... Maybe theres a fuel pump relay or fuse thats blown or the pump got damaged while hitting the ground after all the tank got a good smack.
Any suggestions would be great!
