Please help! I am having some severe issues with the Power Commander V maps for my 2012 Dyna Wide Glide. This thing is dumping so much fuel into the system that my catalytic converter started glowing cherry red. The bike won't hardly run under load in any gear. I am experiencing a huge loss of power with this thing. Any ideas? Since it is the weekend I can't call Dynojet. I have tried multiple map options but with the same result. I am running a Screamin' Eagle Ventilator intake with it. No exhaust yet, but that is coming. I tried with the o2 sensors plugged in, and with the bypass and nothing seems to help. I worked on this for 5 hours yesterday. The only thing I can think of is that the maps are messed up, as the fuel and throttle charts don't match up anywhere close. It looks like cylinder 1 is running lean while cylinder 2 is running pig rich. That could be what is causing the very rough running situation, but I am not an expert here.

 

I have no ideal if this is going to help you but ill put if out there anyway, I removed my head pipes off my 2012 fatbob and cut a square out where 2 goes into 1 and removed the catalytic converter. Now im considering adding a power commander because I may be running lean. Im experiencing back firing. Still trying to work it out. good luck. one more thing, sounds 10 times better without the cat!
