I am in desperate need of some help. I rebuilt my CV carb (2000 Fatboy) and I cant for the life of me I cant get this thing to run worth a crap.
I changed to a K&N cone filter, installed a accel. pump upgrade as well as the rebuild. The carb already had a jet kit installed.
The problem...
It will start fine, idle fine, and runs fine when at full throttle. The problem is that at anything other than idle or wide open it spits, stalls, and generally doesnt run worth a damn.
When I pull away from a stop it falls on it's face. If I lightly "pump" the throttle it will runs quite a bit better. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Sounds like crap got in the intrmediate circuit.

 

Did you open up the top end (diaphragm) If so there's probably a leak somewhere so the slide isn't lifting.
