Stuttering / Non smooth riding at Low RPM

Will try a 45.

the pipes are 2” straight pipes. They were unbafflef when I got the bike. I put in some fairly heavy metal+fiberglass baffles that (if I remember correctly) are 8” long.

Assuming it’s not intake seal related (I believe I changed them correctly) could the stuttering be something other than carb related?

Without being there I can only guess. You should get a larger low jet in there before tearing into anything else. When you do, go 185 or 190 main.

The main jets will not effect the low end shudder, but it needs a 45 low with that cam for sure.
