Default 2005 dyna cv40

Hey guys!
Just picked up a 2005 dyna 88tc with Harley big air sucker and I believe screaming eagle slip ons. Bike runs well , power throughout all rpms and starts easily with choke for about 5 seconds and throttle lock until warm. On deceleration I get a loud cracking backfire. Can also get it just revving the engine in neutral and I see a flame shooting out of pipe
Bike came with 48pilot and 195 main. Seems fat to me . switched out to 45&185. Same. shimmed the needle a couple times and still backfires very aggressively. Adjusted a/f mixture screw a few times and still can't get the backfire out
When riding if I pull out the enrichener cable the popping goes away. Makes me think it's lean I just don't believe it with the jets that are in it.
Diaphragm is in good condition.
Not sure what to do next. I understand Harley's can have some decel pop but this is loud and cracking.

Have you checked for Intake leak? Usually if you can throw fuel at it to make it richer like you're doing with the choke it's an intake leak.

Looks to be both pipes at different times .
Yes have checked for intake leaks , carb cleaner around both the manifold/carb gasket and at the heads. No change in rpm

I like to use LPG. Hose on a bottle and you can take your time. Plus is you're not spraying something flammable and hard on paint and your lungs and eyes.

Fuel level may be to high, adjust float level.
Emulsion tube improperly installed, round portion should be exposed in carb.
Put needle back where it belongs.
Make sure passages at six and seven o'clock positions aren't clogged.
