Have you confirmed that the fuel in good? Old fuel will usually smell bad, but won't light easily.

yes , and also tried with starter spray .

it follows the timing mark , and if I set it in the middle it will kick like crazy .

You said it was rotated all the way, out of adjustment. (?)

Adjust the points to .5mm or .020 inch. Turn the backplate all the way counter-clockwise. This is your beginning point. Work the plate slowly, a little at a time clockwise a short distance each time until it starts.
