Tuning a cv, exhaust question
So the wifes 05 1200 has a stumble, when it gets to full operating temperature. Ive replaces the 3 rubber rings and lubed them with high temp silicone to keep them straight.
High flow air cleaner, not sure about any cam upgrade.
originally it had a 190 mail jet, tried 180 and 42, now im at 185 and 42. Ive heard many say straight pipes are terrible to get a carb tuned. These are the loudest pipes I've had in my garage., they do have a baffling but is it enough?

Do you want less noise? What brand are the mufflers?
Less noise is more restriction, more restriction usually means it needs less jetting, however, your exhaust (inside) looks a little rich as it stands now.
I would try a 45 slow and see if that helps. Leave the 185 for now.
Also look at and consider trying a pair of homemade exhaust "lollipops". Looks like your set up perfectly to use them as you can use the existing bolt hole for the baffles. Try them with the baffles in place (just use two nuts, one inside the pipe, one outside the pipe to keep the baffles tight) if your trying to knock the sound down a little.
They might even help with the stumble and add a little power. Check your accelerator pump to see if it is squirting properly and try the 45 jet to see if it improves your stumble.
