If I take it out in the neighborhood, it stutters a lot in 1st & 2nd gears (havent really gone above that being in the neighborhood). I constantly have to feather the clutch and give it gas to keep it going.
Also, in case anyone is wondering, I bought these pipes used (though with less than 1k miles on them) so that bluing is not from my bike.

Fuel screw started out at 2 turns from seat. Loosened it to about 3-3.5 turns out and all the way down to seat, and no change, but that was with enricher pulled out, so no surprise there.
I'm going to try to get it warmed up enough to get it to idle with no enricher, so i can check for vac leaks today. I'll post my results.

Ok, i pulled the plugs and cleaned them off good (they were pretty black). Bike started up (cold with enricher out). Was able to push **** in after about 30 seconds and it was able to idle, though not like it should.
I turned the screw in all the way, no change in idle. Turned it out to about 3 or so turns out, no change in idle.
Turned it all the way back in to seat and opened up my propane torch gas (didnt lite it) and held it around the manifold gaskets (all 3). No change in RPMs.
Sprayed wd-40 around all 3 gaskets. No change in RPMs.
It's cooling down now (as best it can when it's 90 degrees out).
Any suggestions? I think I'm going to change back to 45 jet, remove the shims on the needle, and set the screw to 2 turns from seat as a baseline, then check all the above again. My thinking is, if I lean it out more, gasket leaks will be more evident when spraying the gaskets. Thoughts?
