Ride a 95 Electra. Will go all day riding 110km/h. Once I start going 120 or more, every once in awhile it cuts out. Almost seems like it gets starved for fuel or something. Only had the bike for a couple weeks and my first Harley. Don t know much about it.

 

Check the float level in the carb. It may be adjusted too low thus not allowing enough fuel into the float bowl.
