Thumbs down Very dissatisfied! Be Wary!

I called regarding specifics about a seat and was given the wrong specs from Chuck. When I returned the sear, I was told I could pay more to get the seat with the specs I was told were standard, or I could pay shipping and restocking. The error was on their part. They should have ate the shipping and restocking or not charged to make the seat what was described originally.

Go to Corbin or some where else. Avoid C&C!

Sounds like human error. Did you talk to Chuck when you returned the seat?

I could not be happier with the finished product or the customer service.

I ordered online and picked out all the options I wanted and they emailed me twice to make sure everything was correct.

Glad they sent several business cards with my seat because everyone that sees it wants one. One of my employees took one look at it and said that is exactly what he was looking for and has already ordered.

Great product and very good service and delivery considering they make them to order.

I am very satisfied with my C&C and chuck delivered it exactly when he said he would and it was exactly what I ordered. I am sorry you had a bad experience but yours is the first bad one I have heard about in 3 years.

By far the best seat I've ever owned. There is also two sides to every story.

I also had nothing but a GREAT experience with C&C. The seat they made for me was top quality and perfect. Chuck even mailed me different thread colors before I ordered so I could get the stiching to match identical to the pin striping on my bike. Too bad the original poster had an issue.

It sucks you didn't get what you thought you were getting, but I'm also a satisfied customer. I actually think it's more comfortable than some of the Corbin seats I've had and at half the price.
