Have a C&C Seat. Over 8000kms on it. Feckin' AWESOME seat! No issues at all with the seller. They actually went out of their way to accommodate me.

I too am a very satisfied C&C customer. Have a 2 up on the e-glide that even the ol' lady loves and a solo no the sporty. Fit & finish are secoend to none. They are local for me and I've been to the shop on occation, both Chuck & Chuy are professional dedicated craftsmen. Sorry to hear about your situation but, it really seem's your in the minority.

I gotta say I was a little nervous when I saw the title of this post. I just bought a used c&c seat off ebay. The old lady can't go more than an hour with the factory badlander. I bought a c&c sport tour seat for my ride. It seems the majority is very happy though.

Bought a solo seat for my Deluxe when I first got it. No one new at the time that they wouldn't fit due to HD changes. Chcuk took it back no questions asked. Went to see him about another seat recently. Couldn't have been more accomodating. Cut off pieces of leather for samples for me,etc. Great company and customer service.

Same thing happened to me,wrong seat made. He sent me the right one right away.He was very accomodating. The seat is another story.100 miles and my azz hurts.Seat was well made and all but not for me.Went back to Corbin. They're a little hard till they break in but great after they do.Got to admit I like the lines of the C+C the best.

I am so Wary I would reorder today. Keep your mustangs, corbins, tried them all. They all need tie downs to make them fit securely. My C&C fits my bike like a glove, firm but comfy and looks great.

Nothing but great things to say about Chuck, Chuy and C & C Seats.

My solo was a little stiff at first but I just did a 200+ mile ride recently in comfort.

I guess they have to settle for 99% customer satisfaction.

I can only think of one other supplier that came anywhere close to matching Chuck for being so great to deal with. I ordered my C&C on a Thursday, and Chuck worked on it over the weekend and had it on it's way to me Monday. The fit is awesome. (I get people coming up to me all the time wishing their Mustang, Corbin, or whatever fit as well as my C&C does)
It took a loooong time to break in though. My stocker took a long time too, only it broke down, not in.
I'd buy another tomorrow. I highly recommend them.

I'd like to hear the other side of the story, please.

I’m amazed to hear anybody say a negative thought about Chuck @ C&C I have been around for some time and have tried every seat made and not one of them comes close to the comfort, style, fit and reliability of all my C&C seats.

The only reason I can think a nice guy like Chuck would be negative in any way would be if the costumer was a total jerk and incomprehensible.

Keep up the GREAT work Chuck! UR #1 in my book.
