Aerocharger Dyno Sheets
Our 103″ 2011 Street Glide was previously dyno’d while stock, and then again after installing the Aerocharger H-D turbo system at 8 pounds boost. Both sessions were running 91 octane pump fuel, with a completely stock engine.
STOCK: 69.01 hp 86.04 max torque
AEROCHARGER TURBO SYSTEM: 124.87 hp 136.99 max torque
For comparison, we were provided with dyno data for a similar bike with Harley-Davidson’s expensive Screamin’ Eagle SE 120R crate engine and additional upgraded components – currently the single most powerful setup available from Harley-Davidson.
The dyno graph visibly depicts what our test riders have been reporting about this system's low end – the torque produced by Aerocharger at 3000 rpm is 40% more than Screamin’ Eagle’s 120R, demonstrating the massive arm-straightening power of the Aerocharger under acceleration.
This marks the first time the beta Harley-Davidson turbo kit has been on the dyno, and the Aerocharger development team is stoked to see these numbers. We’ll be returning to do further testing with an intercooled setup in a few days.
We're a ways off from a full production release of this system, but a few Aerocharger Harley-Davidson beta kits will be available around June 15th... we're offering them on a very limited basis; just go to our website and put your name in if you'd like a shot at the first run.

All well and good but for those of us who require a bit more power, what do you have for a very light FLH (hand fabricated except for OEM main frame & title only) with a brand new S&S 124 twin cam? Everyone here knows a 200+ HP motor on a dresser is needed to allow safe motorcycle operation with my new FL complete suspension package. Forget that turbo mounted on the passenger's peg area or inside for the the right saddlebag.
What about the front intercooler and a front mount turbo (with short runners) like they use to make them? Glad to see that you finally got the lawyers out of the picture so you can get back to work. I for one always believed that boost is always a good thing. Give em what they want & need and they will come.

Hey Howard, thanks for the kind words. We're glad to finally be getting back to Harleys too.
This kit will definitely fit all touring models from 2008 up, and compatibility with other models is being discussed. We found there was a lot of benefit to locating the Aerocharger towards the back. Exhaust flow is much more efficient in that position than other configurations, and that works out to more horsepower per pound of boost. It also ensures fairing compatibility, and a lot of riders had been telling us they wanted a setup that doesn't cook their leg like a front-mounted turbo can. We also have an intercooler in development for this system and should have it available soon.
