The goal is 230 hp on 107 I am building. I want to be the first in the world on a 107 making this power with a Procharger.
It will have..

PRO CHARGER 14/ 16 PSI BOOST.
DRAGOS IDS CHAIN DRIVE 24 FRONT 54 REAR
DRAGOS CUSTOM INJECTORS 100 LBS PER HOUR
DRAGOS 3 STEP 2;1 DRAGULA EXHAUST
REV-PERF. CYLINDERS AND WISCEO PISTONS.
A CUSTOM ANDREWS CAM FOR MY SPECS FIRST OF KIND I HAVE BEEN PLAYING WITH. FOR BLOWER BIKES.
DRAGOS 3.5 HEADS.

Troy I dont give out all my info. There other shops trying copy my stuff and are not getting the numbers we get. lol lol They know who they are...... Right now I have speced out custom cams for this build. There are 6 tips to make the power with a procharger.

1. heads
2. cams
3. boost which boost to use. Well we make custom pulleys.
4. exhaust.
5. injectors
6. intercooler
Everthing is Dragos custom parts... I have spent 3 years trying to make my stuff for this....... I hope it pays off.

The goal is to make 230 I hope. I will have pics up in a few days. Brian at Valley Racing will tune this monster for us I hope in 3 weeks. I still have to put it all to back it is on the lift almost done.

About time someone tries some custom cams. Maybe it will allow to run a lower cp without sacrificing low end tq. Your starting to get to the point where a larger supercharger would be beneficial as you could under drive it some and gain power from heat reduction and less work to drive the unit.

 

What kind of Tq do you expect to get out of it??

 

um... why? why would you need that much horse power? just because you can afford to, or is there another reason?

I do it just because I can.This big horsepower just makes me giggle.There's nothing more fun to me than getting slammed back in the seat with the front tire off the the ground.That's Priceless
