My bike has 53k on it, but have a fresh start with this build.

Aerocharger lubrication makes it easier - I've heard good things about'em. Is that a variable vane design?

I am adding an oil cooler, but share your concern on thermal management. We considered and air-to-air intercooler as well as methanol injection. Had you considered methanol? I have an extra methanol system from my NSX but we're not sure if it's a good alternative. Prob is I have very little room to place the controller. The 240mm rear tire takes up alot of space under seat, where I also have two 20kv transformers for HIDs as well as a small compressor for the air suspension.

Sounds like your clutch held up pretty well overall - thanks for the advice on the springs. Will also keep the pistons in mind - let's see who'll need them first...

On the sprocket combination, We went 23 front, retained 48 in rear - basically same ratio. Was wondering - looked for an SS rear sprocket with no holes as couldn't find one to match the PM Villain wheels - any ideas?

Looked at the RevTech 6 spd insert this AM - but need to investigate further to see what ratios would work with my modf'd gearing - thoughts?

Quite frankly - the nitrous might be more work than it's worth, but already had it on the bike. Moved solenoids to other side as well as plumbed it with SS hard lines - looks nice - but might look better on someone ELSE's bike...

Default 124" with turbo

Update on my bike - I'll add chart next week:

238 hp
200 tq
Top speed dynojet est = 160 mph w/modified final drive (not sure how accurate this is)
Have an 8 lb spring installed in the Tial, but we've seen 10+ lbs at times which is a slight concern
