Default The beginning of a built 107 and 14lbs boost

This bike is Fastbagger07... 09 Road gGide you can see I took the motor out. And getting ready to tare it apart. This bike only has 1600miles on it the things we do for more power!!!!LOL LOL!!!!!!

1. The crank will come out and be reworked to handle up to 250 hp.
2. Heads are done CNC port and all you can name its got it.
3. cams / push rods.
4. pcv and tts masterune.
5. 69 lbs injectors same one a vette gets!!!!!
6. V&H hi out put pro pipe.
7. AIM procharger clutch system.
8. Pro charger system 14 psi boost.
9. 107 with nickel silicon carbide cylinders
10. Wisceo forged pistons .30 micron coated gas nitride rings.
11. ETC ETC>>>>>Blah Blah

We hope for 180/190 hp on this bike. But if it make s more thats great!! But I am trying to keep it around 180/190 hp pump 93 oct gas.

I can not give out all the specs every thing is custom to my specs.. for this.......

The cylinders and pistons are the same ones tman used in his 194 hp 98 inch motor Procharged bagger at bonneville salt flats but he ran 16 psi boost.. But they will be made to my specs........

I will keep everyone posted that wants to know in a few weeks on the build and pictures. The next pics will be in 3/4 weeks. Maybe sooner.

Well you certainly have the big injectors.
What you planning on for fuel system pump/pressure/regulation?

None don't need them stock regulator 58/62 psi stock pump. I do have a bigger pump if needed But almost all the time the stock will do..( Trust me I do a lot of these kits and sell a lot around the world with no beefs... and have done a lot of testing with the stock regulator and pump.) I will have my own fuel system in the near future. That will be a 1 to 1 and also a 6 to 1 so I dont have to run big a## injectors.
The motor will make about 103/107 hp and 113/115 tq then the blower will make the rest it. It will be a low compression engine so we can add 14lbs of boost. The blower will put us above 180 hp. I dont like to give out the specs there have been alot of shops calling me and asking me alot on how I would do this and that with a blower that they are building. Like the Chinese say... ancient chinese secret LOL. If I tell every other shop what to do then nobodys buys from me LOL LOL. I have been doing turbos for a long time on other bike's like Busa's Gxsr 1000 Zx12 Zx14 etc.. Going to blowers on Harleys is somewhat easy. Whats nice is ATI did most of the home work. So that makes it easy for me. I just do the rest.

This bike will run afr like something like this give or take the bike will tell us.....
13.6 cruise.
11.5.1 add wide open

I am the builder Jamie from Fuel Moto will tune it.

Default The crank is in with pics

Guys here is a picture of the new rods take look at the HB rod on the right and on the left look at the stock HD one for 2009 road glide. Also you can see the welds in the crank sorry I should have taken pictures when everything was outside the cases.
This Crank was specked out By DBW to handle 225/250 horse power. This for the 107 motor/supercharger

Default Se cam plate &107 cylinders flat top wiseco pistons

Pictures of stock and SE plate the SE plate is very nice well built.

Here is the cam plate that is going in the bike. If this bike was make less then 150 hp I would use the stock one since the crank has almost no run out almost 0 maybe its over kill but I dont want it to be the weak link!!

And here are some pics of the Wisceo forged pistons an new 107 cylinders. With metal head gaskets
