@Fatboy1389. A cam is recommended to get the most out of your 117. The S&S 475 does great. No other modifications are needed to run the turbo kit. We provide everything in the kit that you need to install it like larger injectors, Heavy duty clutch springs, a boost gauge and all the hardware/plumbing. The power increase is 40-50%. Bringing the 117 to around 155HP and 155 Torque, depending on the build and dyno.
