So it's only 80 outside instead of 110?

It gets down to the upper fifties here in Michigan during the summer. My inground pool maintains 80+ degree temps with no heater and a solar blanket. Do you guys have swimming pools out there or hot tubs?

guys - come on ...

I got 1000SQFT solar panel on my own house to heat up my pool (32K Gallon).

normal non heated pool use is from ~end may until ~mid september (>=83-84F water temp).
Mine runs Second part April until second part October. extending season with over 2 months.
Exception is the annual Polar Plunge

Where you need the heater is for the Spa... although takes me 30-45 min to get the spa up to 104 via solar (when the Sun shines LOL).
Pool usually around 88 (for wife).

GP should know... former Vegas resident

nights are 80 correct.
