Hello UltraNutz,
Can you please provide some advice on audio selection ? I have a 2014 Limited.
1-I like the infinity speakers kappa 62.11i
a- are theses speakers water proof ?
b- will these speakers fit in the front and rear
c- what adapters would I need if any
2- I like the RF T400x4ad or PBR300x2 running 4 speakers in parallel
a- wich one will be better ?
3- To install this system, is there anyone that can provide audio installtion kits , plate mounting etc
BTW - I did read many many many posts and I could not find the answers I am looking for.
Thank you so much for your assistance

Looks like the guys have you covered above with the exception of the adapter rings. You won't need those since you've got a 14 model...

Hello UltraNutz,
Can you please provide some advice on audio selection ? I have a 2014 Limited.
1-I like the infinity speakers kappa 62.11i
a- are theses speakers water proof ? no speaker is waterproof but they are water resistant
b- will these speakers fit in the front and rear? yes sir. they will bolt up directly inside of the fairing pods and I do believe because of the magnet size you'll need a 6.5" adapter/spacer ring which you can get at any car stereo shop or some place like best buy
c- what adapters would I need if any? None for front, see above for rears
2- I like the RF T400x4ad or PBR300x2 running 4 speakers in parallel
a- wich one will be better ? I too would run 2 of the 300x2 amps, one for each set of speakers. This will provide the most benefit IMO. You'll have better total output power. Besides that I'm still not convinced these "AD" classed amps won't tax the limited charging systems on these bikes. A means heat dissipation and current draw.
3- To install this system, is there anyone that can provide audio installtion kits , plate mounting etc? I believe someone mentioned eBay for a amp bracket that will atop the stocker radio and provide a good mounting surface for the 2 amps. Or the single if you choose to go that route. I simply Velcro them to the top of the radio.

I tried to fit the kappa 62.11i in the rear pods but the magnet is to big and would not fit flushed. I used the adapter that came with it and it is still not enough. If I raise the speaker to much is going to create more than a 1/4" gap and the grill will not cover that. Have you seen other ideas ?
Thank you so much for your reply.
