I also have a Hogtunes tweeter bar that I installed Infinity silk dome tweeters in, so I did not need to use the +3 setting on the 62.11s. I'm running a Sony HU, and use the "explode" eq setting, which gives a small treble increase but a greater boost down low. Sounds good to me, you need to try the speakers both ways and see which setting you like best. Unfortunately it's a PITA to switch the setting when mounted in the fairing, you need to dismount the speakers to get at the level button.
