Default 7.1 blew left side

I just got off the road and my left side blew . This is not the first time I have hurd of this . I got them from eastern performance . I left a message I hope they will help. I would like info as to why this could happen

you sure the speaker is blown? have you swapped them side to side to verify the problem moves?

Yes I did that was the first thing I did. It's popping and crackling. I am assuming it's bad.

Now I blew the right side out .BT told me it has to be bad speakers they told me no way could I have blew them. Not sure on this one at all the speaker was very hot.

Exactly. Almost sounds under powered or major distortion in the system! This is one for the gurus. . .

BT 2 channel amp they said the amp was not the problem. I do get alot of distortion .
