Default From a 2 speaker system to a 4 (PBR300x2 to SS PN4.520D??)

Hey guys, I'm currently have a PBR300x2 amp powering two Infinity Kappa 62.11i's.

I am looking at getting a set of the Mutazu lower fairings and adding a second pair of speakers. I really like the Kappa's and thing I would like to get another set of those.

What do you guys think about an amp? Would the SS PN4.520D be a good transition from the PBR300x2?

Anyone else running this setup or have another suggestion?

Would that setup be that much better? That setup would cost me a bit more. I was planning on selling the PBR and I would almost break even on the amp swap out.

Depending on the birth sheets, by going with a second pbr, you will put about 50 to 60 watts more to each speaker over the 4.520, and you will guarantee yourself of having FM reception.

If it's worth it is up to you.

I don't ever listen to FM. I actually removed my antenna. I'm not sure that the hassle of running more power lines are worth the extra 50 watts.

I'm presently running that exact set up with the sound stream and the infinitys and I can't imagine my system being any louder or clearer. Makes all the difference in the world at 75 MPH!!

50 to 60 watts per speaker. 200 watts+ total.

I think you can just use the power cable you have to power another amp, as long as it is big enough (10 gauge).
