I checked and double checked over and over. I have power to everything. The sony head unit powers up and recognized that the AUX is hooked up. The amp is powered on and has the fan blowing. The wiring on the speakers is correct. But NO SOUND!!.. WTF. When I put my ear very close to the speaker when it is hooked up I can hear verry quiet static and when I unplug it its obviously goes away. I know there's power to everything but I can not figure out why no sound is coming out. The fm radio nothing, Aux nothing USB nothing. Does the accesory switch have anything to do with this? From what I read it does not affect the radio/front electrical but at this point I have no where else to turn. The ACC switch on my bike doesnt work. I can not think of absolutely anything else. Any help is truly appreciated.

how is the amp connected to the Sony head unit, direct RCA - RCA ?

 

How are you getting signal from the head unit to the amp?

What happens when you connect speakers directly to the head unit?

 

I have the hawg wired 360 set up. I guess I may have overlooked the amplifier to head unit hook up. It's just that there's no obvious spots. Unless like john is saying it has to be RCA to RCA but they all appear to be female RCA cables. Unless, I get a male/make RCA and connect them like that? There was no mentioning of this anywhere in the instructions so I may have forgot something I didn't even know I had to do. Who knows. I'm going to get back at it tomorrow at work. I feel like this stereo system has defeated me ..
