Default Thank you Biketronics!

I sent a Tian II 6.5 into Biketronics with a damaged tweeter. I originally talked to somebody there (was not Bill) they said they could repair (replace) it for $30, plus I pay for shipping both ways. I thought that was a fair deal and I sent the speaker in for repair. A few days later when they received the speaker Dave, (BeerIsMyDad) sent me a PM that they were replacing the speaker because he thought the VC was "crunchy". They sent me a new speaker plus they shipped it Priority Mail! I just wanted to post this on this forum to thank Biketronics, what a GREAT CO, Thanks Biketronics. I would recommend their Co. and Speaker's (HAT's) to anybody thinking of buying their products!!!

They have stepped up every time I've needed anything.

They do. So that's a good question.

Are BT speakers failing? I thought only Polks had issues?

I"m using a BT install kit with my Sony HU, no problems here. I'm sure the BT crew will take care of any issues, nothing but good customer service reports as far as I have read.

I had the speaker out of my bike when I noticed the tweeter grill was dented. I popped off the tweeter grill and the tweeter dome was smashed down. My brother was working in my garage on his car, I think he knocked it off my bench and it landed on the tweeter. Any way it was damaged. Warranty's usually don't cover misuse or abuse but only defects in materials and workmanship...so since the tweeter was damaged due to abuse they did not have to cover it but they did. There is no problems with their speakers other than my dumb a** brother!!

Good to hear. I've yet to read a bad word about biketronics customer service so I'm glad to hear it.
