I'm interested in the same speakers for my 09 SG but I can find any info on the adapter rings themselves if I do need them. If you do need them where do you get them? Thanks!

im waiting for the boom speaker grills to come in they are back ordered. than i will be installing the kapps and pbr 300x2. from what i hear you do not need adapters but will have to countersink the screws.

i will keep everyone updated once i get the grills in a couple weeks.

I just installed the Infinity's and the RF300x2 last weekend. I used the adaptors from ARC Audio / amazon.com. Everything fit very nice and sounds awesome! Had guidance from Ultranutz of course.

The adapter I used was to allow 6.75" infinity speakers to fit the 5.25" batwing fairing on my 2012. I was responding to Henry89's post on his 2009 Streetglide.

Your 2014 is a different animal and you will need someone other than I to advise on whether you need any adaptors for the Infinity Kappa 62.11i 6.75" to mount on your 2014. I can tell you the Infinity speakers have slightly slotted mounting holes to match up to the 6.5" adapter rings and mounted up no problems.
