Default Well, here's a specific question

Folks..
I purchased a sportster sirius radio for my EG Ultra. What I want to do is mount on the left side of my bar / fairing and also have the antenna mounted externally using this:
http://www.rammount.com/CatalogResul...5/Default.aspx

Anyone doing this? Don't know how to mount w/o the antenna mount being in the way of master cylinder if I purchase the leadermotorcycle mount as an eg..

Thx in advance..

not sure I'm 100% following you. are you wanting to mount the radio and antenna on the left handlebar or the left side of the right handlebar or on the fairing itself?

I don't have that mount but what I use is the same idea.
Tried mounting the antenna under the fairing but it did have problems with reception.
I have the MyFi XM radio. Transmits on 12 different FM frequecies.
My XM unit is located in the TP. I just tune the bike radio to whatever channel I'm using for reception.
Works great.
Radio is out of sight and out of the weather.
