Default soundstream with 7.1 question

hey guys i recently had my fairing speakers changed to biketronics 7.1 put a sounstream pn 4.520d amp and 6x9 with pioneer speakers put on my streetglide. i had this done at the local dealer so not sure if maybe its a gain setting or if this amp isnt enough to push it all. my 6x9 rock but seems like the fairing speakers get lost in it all. whats your all suggestion. im pretty new to this and taking the fairing apart worries me. so you all think its a gain setting or this amp isnt enough for what i got.

Amp should have plenty of power for the 7.1's. Problem could be the gains are not set right, the speaker polarity is wrong, or something simple like the fade on the radio needs to be adjusted forward.

Don't see how you're going to be able to troubleshoot it without taking the outer fairing off.

i messed with the fade some and could hear them a little better just didnt wanna completely fade the 6x9 out. the amp is powering the 7.1 and the 6x9 just to make that clear from previous post.

I was thinking more along the line of somebody at the dealership messing with the radio and not having the fade in the neutral position. Sounds to me that the gains are improperly set. If you don't want to open the fairing up, take it back to the dealer.

Not hard, but honestly If you paid for an install, it should be right without you having to fix anything.

I have your amp/speaker setup and that amp is plenty to run the 7.1 speakers and the 6x9 Pioneers.
