Ok, I've installed a Sony head unit on my bike. What I need to know is who else has done this and what splash guard did you use? I used the scoche hd7000b installation kit.

BT batwing splash guard (BT66) will not fit with the chrome trim ring.

Call Bill at BT and ask him if the splash guard they use for the road glides (BT67) will fit inside the inner fairing of a batwing. If it does (and I think it will), it's made differently and will slide right inside that chrome trim piece.
