Hey! Nit-Wit, the reason they had a hole in the speaker was because the center came unscrewed and poked a hole in the speaker.
If their quality control was in place, they wouldn't have fallen apart.
In my honest opinion, Focal was looking for a reason not to honor my warranty.
Dealing with businesses in the past, customer service is number 1, well not with Focal.
So don't deal with Stereo Advantage of Indianapolis, two locations, they suck too, they wouldn't give me the time of day,
or work with me.

I think they must be in fiscal trouble, otherwise they would honor me.
So folks out there in Audio land, again shy away from Focal speakers, I believe they will be out of bidness shortly.
your three year warranty on a defunked business is worthless!!!!!
Then off to court we would go.

I love my 6x9 HAT's from Biketronics great speakers lifetime warranty, Plus Hybrid Audio Technology speakers have been kicking *** in the car audio world since 2006 amassing more awards then all the other brands combined. I have Focals and HAT's on my Bike and the HAT's blow away the cheaper Focals, I have in my tour pak pods, though the high end Focals I have in my fairing (KPS's) sound quite good also.

as has been my experience with Focal as well. Cheaper speakers tend to lack A LOT, but get up in the higher price range stuff and they're about as good as it gets
