Over handlebar clamp - Which RAM Mount (or equivalent)?

Default Over handlebar clamp - Which RAM Mount (or equivalent)?
I want to mount my iphone over my handlebar clamp. It is a solid top clamp and will have to put the mount from the right or left of the handlebar clamp. Do I get the short, medium, or long arm?

I use the finger grip http://www.rammount.com/NewProducts/...nt/tabid/1872/ mount and love it. It has 3 length of fingers.. I think I used the shortest ones.
