Magnet it at least 3 times as large. Won't fit into the rear pod.

Now I guess I'll have to use a pair of the Polk that Polk is supposed to be sending me for the rears. So I've go a set of Focals to return to SonixElectronics
ThrottleUp industries adapters will work on front guaranteed! The Throttleups are some of thinest width seen. Don't know about rear pods.

unless you space those rear speakers out a good 1/2" they won't fit with stock pods and IMO that will look like crap aside from your passenger feeling squished. You'll either need different speakers or different pods.

something like this might work also but personally haven't tried it.

or this and use a sander or something similar to get the angle you need.

Don't have to worry about switching the passenger. Does the better have rides are all Harley now no one sits there. But I'm not sure how much I would like the look might give it a try.

I am now on my third set of polks.
The first set blew with no amp installed at all and just using the factory head unit.
The second set was sent to me after sending the first ones to Polk and one of the new speakers blew using the Soundstream PN4.520D and stock head unit.
Bought a third set and am waiting on my sony head unit to get here before I install them.
*NOTE* both speaker sets blew while using my iPod

Dropping this in here for comments/opinions.

Here's one of my mm651 right out of the box. Never played, never hooked up. There is no scratching that I can hear or feel between the cone and the post. Any thoughts on if I should expect a problem or is this just an issues between the relation of the grill and tweeter?

Thanks

Mine were way worse than that..I actually thought it was a design feature to angle the tweeter into a certain position...I guess I was wrong..
